A Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Surveyor, Mr. Mallalieu is Terra Caribbean’s first RICS Registered Valuer. He is widely respected and known for delivering valuation services on larger and more complicated residential and commercial engagements. Andrew’s passion for technology has driven key innovations in the delivery of brokerage and valuation services in Barbados and across the region. Andrew is the leader of the Terra Group of companies including Terra Luxury and Blue Sky Luxury.

The first real estate professional in Barbados to earn the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Mr. Hutton possesses significant experience with a number of large-scale real estate developments. As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer, Hayden has extensive appraisal and consultancy experience and is recognized on the valuation panels of all the major regional financial institutions as well as HSBC (UK). He is also a member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA).

Rachel is the Sales Manager at Terra Caribbean and Terra Luxury, responsible for overseeing the sales and rentals team and their efforts. She joined the Terra Caribbean team in December 2009, becoming our dedicated real estate agent for long-term rentals, and has been a key leader in developing Terra Caribbean’s corporate rentals initiative. In 2015, Rachel was awarded Top Producer at Terra Caribbean. Outside of work, travel is one of Rachel’s greatest passions.

Tania Wallace has made her career as a Business Development and Financial professional in the real estate and holiday rental industry for over 10 years. Tania holds valuation accreditation in Canada as an AACI and as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors globally. Tania is respected in the in both the luxury real estate and holiday rentals industries. She is a founding member of the Barbados Valuers Council and a past executive of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association. Tania has been with the Terra Group for over 3 years. She holds the position of Managing Director of Blue Sky Luxury leading the firm’s Holiday Rentals and Residential Property Management teams, having served in the role of Chief Financial Officer for the group previously. Tania’s passion for excellence and innovation, coupled with her financial background placed her uniquely to lead the hospitality arm of the Terra Group.
